How far ahead should I order?+
As early as possible is best, particularly for weddings and busy weekends. Anila also caters for short-notice orders when her diary allows, so it is always worth asking. Send your preferred date and she will confirm availability before anything is agreed.
How much will my cake cost?+
Every design is different, so price depends on size, detail and finish. Two-tier wedding cakes currently start from £150; all other designs receive a personal quote.
Where do I collect my cake?+
Collection is arranged from Easton, Norwich, Norfolk, NR9. Your collection time and full details will be confirmed with your order.
Can I send inspiration pictures?+
Absolutely. Reference photos are useful for colours, themes and details. Your final cake will still be tailored into an original design for your celebration.
Can you cater for allergies?+
Include every allergy and dietary requirement in your first enquiry. Anila will explain what can be accommodated before confirming the order.
Do you require a deposit?+
Payment and booking terms will be confirmed with your personal quote. Your date is only secured once Anila confirms the booking requirements have been met.
Can I make changes after ordering?+
Contact Anila as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made depends on timing, ingredients already ordered and work already completed.
